Lindsay is a proud graduate of Ashley Hall and the College of Charleston. She has called the Lowcountry home for more than 20 years, residing in Mount Pleasant, Downtown, James Island, West Ashley, and Johns Island.
 
Lindsay brings decades of experience in development and fundraising to her real estate career, having served as Major Gift Director for the Roper St. Francis Foundation and Director of Development and Communications for the Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center. In her fundraising roles, Lindsay built relationships with donors, getting to know their interests, passions, and goals, and guiding them through the process of making a transformational philanthropic investment.
 
With a background enriched by her family's involvement in real estate brokerage and custom home building, Lindsay offers a unique perspective on Charleston's real estate landscape. This connection further enhances her ability to guide clients with confidence. Combined with her background in fundraising, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail, Lindsay is well-equipped to understand her clients' needs and help them achieve their real estate goals.
 
She resides on Johns Island with her husband and their two young sons. In her free time, she enjoys exploring local parks and libraries with her boys, supporting nonprofit initiatives, and spending time outdoors near the water.
